"When you photograph the face...you photograph the soul behind it" Jean Luc-Godard
Looking back on 2015 and as we approach a new year, I wanted to share with you some of my journey through photographs. How thankful I am for all of those faces that came through my doors for they are the ones that helped make my dream a reality. Never in a million years would I have thought that my passion for capturing life and those within it, would come this far. I lost this passion for a bit it seems, pushed into the recess of my soul while trying to find my way in life and love I guess. Then two years ago it came back again, my passion for the human face and life around me and the desire to capture it and hold it still for myself and for others.
With this new found passion, I decided this year to take a leap of faith and finances and rented out a Loft in town wherein I can have more room to breathe, create, and develop my passion. It has been a road of feast or famine sometimes, a rollercoaster ride if you will, but one that has taught me many lessons and given me the will and want to move forward and keep my dream alive! Thank you to everyone who believed in me along the way and who loved my work as much as I have loved creating memories for each and every one of you.
When I look back on 2015 and the many families and faces that have walked through my doors, I am humbled and grateful to each and every one of you for allowing me to enter your lives and help make memories that will last a lifetime.
May 2016 bring each and every one of you love, peace, and happiness and I hope to see more of you in the new year.
Peace and Love,
