Happy Holidays and Joyous New Year

December 24, 2016  •  1 Comment

Sitting here on the Eve before Christmas morning, as I sip on my coffee and prepare for the blessed evening to come, I just wanted to thank my family and friends for believing in me and making my dreams come true for yet another year.  It will be five years since I have embarked on this journey, but two years since I have been truly true to myself and my passions.  In February, it will be two years since I opened the doors to my little loft in Dunmore and invested in my own little creative space to better serve my creativity and my clients.  Even though it is a whole new ballgame when you decide to make this type of investment, it is a decision I am glad I made and glad to be able to keep it going another year.  All of course, thanks to you.

I want to personally thank my family and friends for sticking by me - especially my husband, Jim.  He has supported me in this venture, even though it has put a burden on him and our family at times, and believes in my dream too and just wants to see me happy.  I want to thank my beautiful daughter and step daughter for inspiring me to start this to begin with and my family and friends for coming along for the ride.  I want to also thank my beautiful assistant, Debra, for joining me in this journey the past few months and making my clients feel truly beautiful in front of the camera.  She not only provided them with hair and makeup, but assisted me with making them feel comfortable in front of the lens too.  No matter how wacky my ideas, and putting up with my midnight messages or whatever time an idea pops into my head, she never complained.  She was my sounding board, my creative partner in crime, and a friend.  Thank you.

Last, but truly not least at all, I want to thank YOU my clients.  For if it wasn't for your business and your belief in me, I wouldn't be able to do what I have been doing these past two years.

Thank you and God bless you all and see you in the new year!

Donna
